show full reporthide full reportUpdated: 6:36am Thursday 17 Aug 2017 - Base at day lodge: 29cm. Base on upper hill: around 100cm. We... have lost considerable snow at lower elevations overnight due to heavy precipitation. We are still assessing the effect of last nights weather on the upper mountain. Saturated snow at all levels, wind scoured in areas effected by the wind and redeposited on lee slopes. No grooming is taking place, the mountain is in natural condition. Gale force winds from the west and moderate precipitation. Adverse weather up here at present. We will continue to monitor the situation and update as it changes
