Mt Lyford

show full reporthide full reportUpdated: 6:18am Thursday 17 Aug 2017 - Sorry we are closed today due to very high winds. Tomorrow is... looking like a better day and we will be back up and running. Welcome to Mt Lyford North Canterbury's Premier Snow Resort. We are close to Hanmer Springs and Kaikoura both great places to stay and not far from Christchurch. Alternatively come stay in New Zealand's only Alpine Log Village or The Mt Lyford Lodge. We have great snow and offer all services on the mountain. Very high winds today from the NW forecast to ease in the evening. Friday is looking like a better day to hit the slopes.
